Richard Kilroy is an illustrator who has a very unique style. His flair was influenced further by his fixation on the fashion industry, drawing inspiration and style from all forms of media sources.

From the stylistic effects of Alphonse Mucha’s sinuous lines and Baroque sculpture, to Dada chance techniques and Jean Paul Goude’s French Corrections, Kilroy’s work draws inspiration and form. A great admiration of bodily compositions and shapes was also developed, having been inspired by the works of legendary fashion photographers Herb Ritts, David Sims, Nick Knight, Vincent Peters and Mert & Marcus, and illustrators such as George Stavrinos, Julie Verheoven and Richard Gray.

With these influences in mind, Kilroy’s image-making abilities lie in the strength of simplicity and form, and range from abstract minimalist line drawings to detailed realism, typography and photography. /

here are some of his AMAZING works!

I wish i could do something like these.
